At Desi Kicks, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we offer Exchange Only and do not provide returns or refunds.
Please read our exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
3-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW
We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item must be returned with original box, packaging, tags, and invoice.
The product must not have any signs of use, dirt, damage, or alteration.
Any request made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Sale or clearance items
Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
Products with missing box or tags
Customized or special-order products
Gift cards or promotional items
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To request an exchange:

Share your Order ID and clear images of the product.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGE
Exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
In case of wrong product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect, we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We only allow exchange for size change or defective product (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be provided.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
